Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification to monitor its progress.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
